I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and great but had water bottles from the previous guest in the fridge, which was a bit off-putting. The service, especially from Moameen, was friendly, but there were some issues with guidance at reception. The location was convenient and close to city center and the beach, but the cooling inside cabinets was not ideal. The dining experience was a hit and miss with great food but lacking in coffee quality.
I had a great stay at the hotel overall. The rooms were nice and comfortable, although there was a smelly issue in the bathroom despite frequent cleaning. The service was top-notch with attentive staff, and the location was convenient, near a new shopping mall and not far from the city center. However, the dining experience was a bit lackluster for the price.
The hotel had a spacious room with a nice view, but cleanliness should be improved. The room service was slow and unresponsive. Mr Momen provided exceptional service exceeding expectations. The location was convenient with nearby restaurants and shops, but some noise from air conditioning units. The dining experience was excellent, especially Asma's attentive care, despite some coffee issues. Overall, a mixture of positives and negatives to consider.
